Quality Policy

THE GOODNESS OF ONIONS AND GARLIC COMES
NATURALLY FROM GRAF

Our business partners expect us to provide FOODSTUFFS.

Our products are healthy, natural, and in accordance with all legal requirements.

We do our utmost to ensure that our products are produced with care and in an environmentally friendly way, under strict hygienic conditions. They are produced from suitable raw materials, without losing any of their natural substances.

Food safety is our most important goal. To achieve this, we prepare all our products using GMP, and work with a certified HACCP system. Despite natural differences in the raw materials used, we aim to provide our customers with the same high quality all the year round.

All these aspects are kept under our strict supervision.

We aim to fulfil the expectations of our customers and of their customers, not only meet, but exceed.

Graf is an innovative enterprise – we work constantly on new and creative solutions for our customers. With the benefit of years of experience, we help to realize your ideas. On the one hand we can suggest new ways to improve products, but we are also an intelligent partner in the continuous development of our customers products.

We ourselves enjoy all of our products and would never produce anything that we were not prepared to give to our own children and friends.

Our employees are encouraged to take responsibility for their work.

Each employee is valuable. Our employees are made aware of the fact that their work is important and we consider it vital to have contented employees. Only contented employees produce high quality. They are important capital for the success of our enterprise.

We safeguard the quality of our products by regularly training our employees and encouraging them to have a high sense of responsibility.

The application of these principles also serves to show our business partners that they can have as much confidence in us as we have in ourselves.

Our quality manager is responsible for the planning, supervision and further development of the quality control system in use. The efficiency of this system is evaluated by the general manager, who was responsible for setting down these objectives.
