Products of Onion

Onion Paste

Made from hand sorted, chopped, fresh onion of selected premium quality, preserved with salt and/or food acids. Or, if you wish, we can freeze the onion paste without adding any natural preservatives. The consistency of the product can range from puree to a coarser product with a little more bite, depending upon your specific requirements. Of course, we can also roast the onion paste as an alternative to our fried onion.

Fried Onion

We choose only the finest dried onion and carefully roast it in high-quality vegetable oil. We work in small batches to reduce the fat content and attain longer product durability. We are also able to offer a wide selection of roasting and granular size requirements to suit all our customer needs.

Concentrate – Extract

Onion concentrate is produced from freshly pressed juices. The water is then removed from the juice using vacuum reduction at low temperatures (60 – 80 °Brix). The aroma of the juice is then re-introduced by an add back process to intensify the fresh taste of the juice.

Roast onion extract is produced of concentrate roasted in sunflower oil.

Crunchions

Crunchions are made with fresh onions and wheat or potato flour and then fried to crunchy perfection in vegetable oil. Lightly salted and without any additional flavour enhancers.
Even more onion – much less
fat.

Products of Garlic

Garlic Paste

Made from hand sorted fresh garlic of selected premium quality with salt and/or natural acidity regulators depending upon shelf life requirements. Or, if you wish, we can freeze the garlic paste without any preservatives. The consistency of the product can range from puree to coarser product depending upon your needs. Of course we can also roast the garlic paste as an alternative to our roast garlic.

Fried Garlic

We choose only the finest dried garlic and carefully roast it in high-quality vegetable oil. We work in small batches to reduce the fat content and attain longer product durability. Meanwhile for the garlic extract is salt added for preserving.

Oil

Freshly prepared garlic is encapsulated in oils to hold the full flavour. A range of vegetable oils can be used to meet the customer’s requirements.
